Clear packages, priced up front

A 30-minute call by video or phone, plus a short written report covering your website, your Google Business Profile, how AI search tools describe your practice, and any tracking or privacy risks we find. It’s yours to keep, whether or not you work with us.

Foundation and Launch are fixed-scope projects, with the scope and price agreed in writing before we start. Upkeep and Growth are monthly plans with a three-month minimum, because search and AI visibility take a few months to build. After that, they’re month to month, and you can cancel with 30 days’ notice. We’ll confirm everything in writing before you commit.

We’re working with our first five clients at a reduced rate. In return, we ask for permission to share the work as a case study: what we did for your practice and, if you’re happy to, a few words from you about working with us. It never includes anything about your clients.

Founding rates for Upkeep and Growth last 12 months. After that, the standard rate applies, and we’ll give you 60 days’ notice before it changes.

Costs you pay directly to other companies, such as website hosting, your domain name, email or scheduling software, and any ad spend with Google. We’ll recommend options and explain the costs before you sign up.

Maybe not. Upkeep is our lightest plan, and AI-assisted drafting lets us do more for less, and the free check will show you what matters most right now. If we can’t help within your budget, we’ll say so and suggest what you can do yourself.

Yes. The packages are designed to work in sequence: Foundation sets up the basics, Upkeep keeps them accurate and current, Growth builds on them month by month, and Launch can be added when you’re ready for a course or program. You can move between Upkeep and Growth as your needs change.

No. No one can honestly guarantee search rankings, AI recommendations, or a full caseload. We promise careful, ethical work, honest reporting, and clear recommendations every month.
